Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Someware please contact us immediately. Someware needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. 

To complete your return, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label once we know which items you're sending our way. The items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase within 15 days. We’ll deduct the shipping cost and refund the remaining amount back to your original form of payment. You may also send returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We cannot offer refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days + 3-4 days for processing.

Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from date of issue, after which it expires. SALE items are also FINAL.
