Shipping costs are calculated by weight and distance from Los Angeles, California using our USPS service agreement.
Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
International orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order during normal business hours.
Customs Charges on International Orders: When ordering from Someware, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Someware will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, please verify that your shipping address is correct. We cannot refund for packages lost in the mail due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a undeliverable package is returned to us completely undamaged, we will attempt to re-ship orders but the purchaser will need to be charged for shipping again. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments and a store credit will be issued for the returned goods.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Someware please contact us immediately. Someware needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product is faulty we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If the product is out of stock we will refund your money or offer you a credit. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. If you change your mind, you will be issued store credit only.
To complete your return, send back the items using any method of your choice, at your expense. The items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase within 15 days. A handling and processing fee of $9.95 is required.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We cannot offer refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Store credit is valid for ONE YEAR from date of issue, after which it expires. SALE items are also FINAL.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past. Unless you want to receive our newsletter of course! You'll also be asked if you want to sign up if you place an order. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.
To protect your personal information, If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
